pclay
I have installed the jas 10.4.6 image successfully but on my first boot I get a blue screen with a progress bar that doesn't want to move. I feel like I'm swinging in the dark trying to diagnose the problem. If I could boot into verbose mode, maybe I can figure out what's wrong. Darwin boots directly after my bios and I have tried pressing F8 and holding Control with no luck. Are there any more suggestions on how to enter verbose mode? Thanks! kj666k
I had the same problem. But it seems you just have to hit F8 even before the logo screen disapears and hit it non-stop. This way ul be ahead of the darwin loader. When darwin loader appears then your too late. Works for me. Just give it a try. and if ur motherboard pops up a boot choice after hiting the f8 just pick ur choice then hit the f8 imediately after hiting enter.
