J.K. Hax
I recently got Snow Leopard to boot (USB-installed from 10.6.0 retail) and it's nice and all but I'd really like to get my ethernet to work. I've tried every Snow Leopard kext related to Realtek cards in 32- and 64-bit mode to no avail. The OS recognizes the card and assigns it an IP address, but it has no actual ability to send or recieve data on the port. i.e. self-assigned address, safari won't connect even if I manually assign the IP/gateway/etc. Should I just give up on getting the RTL8110SC ethernet to work, or is there a DSDT table patch to apply?
