sk007
Hi everyone, I'm new to the OSx86 project, and I have the iAtkos v7 image burnt on a DVD using nero. and here's what I saw: Dawine started after I inserted the DVD and started the pc, at the prompt and type in "-v -f" and then enter, messages showed up saying loading different stuff, but after 5 or 6 line of such messages, my computer just rebooted by itself. this happened several times and i don't know what is going on. here's my computer specs: Asus Barebone P1-AH2 with M2N8L mobo (not much info on this over the internet) CPUz identified: AMD Sempron 3000+ CPU, GeForece 6150 chipset and nForce 430/410 controller. Seagate IDE 400GB hard disk (have a partition with windows xp already on it, and a new empty partition created prior) 1GB DDR2 memory I read somewhere that I have to set SATA/IDE contoller to AHCI mode, but in my bios setting, I don't even see that option (the integrated peripherals category is not present!). SO PLEASE HELP! I need to know what is causing this problem. Did I choose the wrong vversion of the iAtkos? What should I do to install this right? Thanks a million for any input.
