000dom000
Hi all. I finally have a working OS X 10.6.4 by using the ##### + ##### Method with everything working EXCEPT SOUND! After installing ##### the sound that was originally working when booting from the ##### CD is no longer working. The motherboard is an Asus P5QL/EPU with VIA sound. I tried installing the VoodooHDA.kext from multiboot but it is giving me an "improperly installed" error... Anyone have any tips on the kext I should be using? Also, could anyone explain how to install a kext outside of multiboot if I need to? Thanks for reading and any help will be greatly appreciated! EDIT: After rebooting I discovered that audio does work but I don't have any volume control nor do I have any mic input even though audio settings sees the device.
