Snow on ASUS 1000H - minor tweaks

Hello.

I have installed Snow Leopard on my ASUS 1000H (1GB RAM) and almost everything is working well for me. Apart from a few minor hitches that I'd like to fix (and hope you'll help me there )

1) how do I make the power button show the shutdown/restart dialog like it would on a true Mac?

2) how do I make sleep/wakeup work? When I click on Sleep in the  menu the display goes black and there's no way for me to resume the system's operation. Also I'd like being able to sleep properly by closing the lid (which I think will work once I enable sleep properly because closing the lid has the same effect as clicking Sleep from the menu)

3) on Windows, if I put two fingers on the trackpad and move them away from one another, this has a zoom effect. On OSX, I can tap two fingers for double click, three fingers for right click, and move two fingers at once for scrolling, but no way to get the zoom. Is there any fix?

4) last, less important, and OT because it refers to my desktop (spec in signature): is there any hope that I can control fan speed using iStat with that mobo?

Thanks in advance for any help, and sorry if those questions appear to be easy for you, but I am quite busy in this period and am just working on getting OSX on the netbook in my spare time, so I've had little time to read thoroughly
