g86
I think it would be very useful to make some kind of sticky with nVidia graphic cards currently on market, most compatibile with OS X in different price categories: high end, best bang for buck & low range I'm buying components for my first macintosh, already have i7 920 CPU and GIGABYTE EX58-UD5 motherboard and i'm stuck with what I shuld put in for graphic card. nVidia has bigger list of supported cards so i'm thinking about GIGABYTE or GAINWARD geforce GFX 260. this thread will probably not be approved, but lets give it a shot anyway. g86
Thanks for tonymacs link, will check it out. GTX 260 is not available anymore in most slovenian stores so I will have to buy something else, or used GTX via ebay. g86
hey guys im wondering, what are most recent gpu's on the market since gts 250 and gtx 260 are leaving the market (at least in my country). im willing to put something between 150$-200$ for a card, but it's strange feeling to look after gpu trough ebay now (cuz noone has brand new anymore) while building "new" hackintosh.
