Need fix sleep for Acer Aspire 1 d250

Followed a couple of guides for installing 10.6.2 retail on AA1, and it's running great! The only problem I have is the restart loop when I hit sleep hot key button, or via menu bar, or hitting power off button and choose sleep... none of these methods make my aa1 sleep.

I've tried installing 'sleepenabler.kext'. but nothing happens after I reboot. :(

It doesn't break it, but it doesn't fix it...

I'd read here some have successfully gotten it to work. So I'm asking for some personal help or step by step tutorial how to fix this problem. :(

If I could get this fix, I think I'm pretty close at running this 100%!!!

I really want to delete Windows 7! ;) (slowwwww!)

hananiaschan, get it? I am having the same problem ... as he did running the Atheros wifi?

No I haven't fixed it. I am just pretty much shutting down and starting the machine every time.

Its a :hysterical: pain! I wish i could just pop the thing open and check my emails quick! and then close it! (Like my macbook)...

At least the shutdown time is incredible not even 3 seconds!!! Of course booting up takes a few seconds maybe 40 or so... not bad!

Another thing small thing, is that I can't see/ display battery life on the menu bar. Any hints???
