Sound fail after boot from Windows XP

Greetings

 

I installed both OSX86 10.4.8 and WinXP on a Toshiba A10 Notebook lately. Everything goes so smooth until I log out and restart the notebook from WinXP. The sound is gone in OSX, no volume icon, no built-in in system profiler. For a couple time I kextload the kext file again and the sound comes back, but by chance. Here's the config:

 

Intel P4 2.0

0x24c58086 AD1981B ICH4 AC'97 sound driver (AppleAC97.kext)

OSX 10.4.8

Windows XP

 

One more issue, despite no sound since boot from WinXP, time also goes wrong, it becomes 4 hour faster after I log out from Win XP, need to sync with apple server everytime.
