mierdadepollo
Hello. I built a Hackintosh for my mom and everything had been great until she recently updated her Snow Leopard version to 10.6.4 and now she has no sound. I had installed the LegacyHDA 888b kext but it doesn't works anymore and I can't seem to find a 10.6.4 working version. There are plenty of 888 and 889 versions but no 888b. Can any of you help me out? I installed SL using an EmpireEFI bootloader and using sk1nhd33t's guide for the G31M-ES2L (http://osx86.net/f57/guide-retail-snow-leopard-dvd-install-for-g31m-t3672/). There must be a new and better suited (for my mobo, at least) way to install SL but I'd rather just fix audio (if it's possible) than having to backup all of my mom's files. Thanks. mierdadepollo
I read something about "rolling back". However, I don't quite get it. Would I be better off reinstalling with ##### + #####?
