This is the last thing stopping me, the video works okay, but no drivers for intel chipset, 828655g graphics controller. I have ac97 sound, built on the mainboard. When I start up OS X this is what happens. The system extension “/System/Library/Extensions/AppleAC97Audio.kext“ was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product’s vendor for an update. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! So I whopped out an old soundblaster card and then this. The system extension “/System/Library/Extensions/AppleAC97Audio.kext/Contents/PlugIns/MaxxussAC97AudioES137x.kext“ was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product’s vendor for an update. GEZZZZZZZ!!!! Think someone could give me some insight. I tried the macgirl fix, dident work. Wiped the drive, reinstalled same thing, now I'm at a clean install with no modifactions to any files at all. Any help would be apperciated, I've looked through the boards and havent really found anything like this.
