32 BIT

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=W242MOW0

1- install radeon_hd_48x0_drivers-2.pkg

2- install Patched framebuffers for 48x0 and 3870

3- if not enable qe/ci, use exotics

4- if you need to use the natitpowerplay(BUG SCREEN JUMPING)

only 32 bits

arch=i386

64 BIT

1- use the kext legacyati4800controller.kex (E/E or S/L/E)

http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...st&id=59328

2- Graphicsenabler

Use Lizard

man i told you i cant open lizard , when i open it error pops up and there's button reopen but when i press it again the error pops up , this seems to be happening with every app that is added by hazard , all the mac apps are working fine ,but kext helper , kext utility lizard osx86tools property editor and others added to the dvd that are made for hackintoshes dont work they always crush and there's button reopen in the window that pops up but the same happens all the time , im not able to run lizard and make the changes you said...

i reinstalled os x now and didnt check any graphic drivers from the menu in the installation , after that i booted up with -x -force64 and did the update to 10.6.4 , than i deleted ati4500 and ati4600 kexts and in ati4800 kext i changed the string for device id to my id only ,that's 0x94421002 than i opened atix2000 kext and also put in just my card's id 0x94421002 ,after that i tried to boot with -f -v and i get black screen , tried on the dvi port using the vga to dvi adapter ,and in the vga port , i get the same black screen, i only got one vga and one dvi output from my graphic card..

can not you open the file boot.plist?

manually add

graphicsenabler=yes / pciroot=1

legacyati4800controller.kext in the E/E

reboot -f -v

AMD ONLY Kernel 32

use Marvin's AMD Utilities

SOME THINGS WILL CORRECT

is the price one pays for having a hack In AMD

try an adapter (dvi->vga) in the second inning dvi

leave the monitor connected to the first dvi

and just put the adapter in the second

hmm i dont understand you i got two outputs on the card one is DVI the one for newer lcd monitors and the other is vga the blue old connector that all the crt monitors got , so my lcd got the old type connector the vga , and i tried to connect the monitor directly in the blue connector the vga one , and i get black screen than i tried with connecting dvi adapter so i can connect the monitor in the dvi port (the white , new lcd connector ) and i get again black screen , and i will say again i cant even boot in safe mode now ... :)

how can i use dvi->vga connector when my monitor got only vga connector it's not appliable i can use vga->dvi connector not backwards...

here is my card's ports: 51O+-KUFrLL._SL500_AA300_.jpg

i got the same card exactly that one , and you see the blue port on the left , well that's the connector that my monitor originaly got , so i tried in that one and i get the black screen , than i put vga->dvi connector so i can connect it to the white port on the right side the DVI one .. and again i got black screen .....

just once again , the black screen i get do you know what causes that , do you think that the kernel loads the driver but cant realy understand it or hmm i dont know what is it .. is this good sign that i might get it working with some tweaking .. thanks for your effort to help me out ! :D

this black screen with many users

always resolved in this way

but in your case is not making a difference

:S

you can use the drivers from the leopard

but only works on 32 bit

:D

performance is the same

i reinstaled mac os x now and i updated to 10.6.4 and backed up the kernel i can boot in safe mode as usual, and now i added this three kexts in s/l/e

after i added the kexts i get kernel panic... can you check the kexts and tell me if something is wrong inside of tham, in the ati4800 kexts there's just the id of my card 0x94421002 , i also gotta mantion i deleted ati4500 and ati4600 kexts.. as i read that for 4850 those can be removed so 4850 might get working after removing tham..

try with .pkgs

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=W242MOW0

1- drivers

2-framebuffer

if not resolved

use qe/ci exotics

available on this link

http://netkas.org/?p=459

bug screen jumping

use natit powerplay

all these have in the pack

just download the qe/ci exotics in Netkas

you have to use the system in 32

arch=i386

remove what you have already installed

and follow procedure

God

:S

You took everything I had tested?

use single user

delete kext

-s

mount -uw /

rm -rf /system/library/extensions/kextname.kext

exit

if we do not have any modification, it works very well

but only 32 in the kernel (arch=i386)

so you need to take everything that has been tried

I advise you to read a little about it

any problems use the single user to delete

1-its top bar is transparent?

2-open frontrow (applications)

see the result

you are in the kernel 32?

type uname-v in terminal and see

1-drivers

2-framebuffer

if you need to install the qe / ci exotics

if the screen goes jumping

you use the Nativity powerplay

but to work you need to remove everything that has been tried

if you do not do will not get

1-legacyati4800controller + Graphicsenabler/pciroot

use Lizard

32/64 bit

or

2-radeon_hd_48x0_drivers-2.pkg + Patched framebuffers for 48x0 and 3870

if you need to use qe/ci exotics

if you need use the natitpowerplay(Bug)

reboot

only 32

arch=i386

:S

EDIT

step by step

32 BIT

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=W242MOW0

1- install radeon_hd_48x0_drivers-2.pkg

2- install Patched framebuffers for 48x0 and 3870

3- if not enable qe/ci, use exotics

4- if you need to use the natitpowerplay(BUG SCREEN JUMPING)

only 32 bits

arch=i386

64 BIT

1- use the kext legacyati4800controller.kex (E/E or S/L/E)

http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...st&id=59328

2- Graphicsenabler
