C00perness Posted June 28, 2010 Share Posted June 28, 2010 Hi guys i'm new to the site and i have been trying to get OS X Leopard on my Emachines T6522, i have tried many times and have failed miserably every time , i was wondering if anyone could help me. by the way the only version of leopard i have for AMD is Iatkos V7. heres the info on it: CPU : AMD Athlon™ 64 3500+ Processor (512KB L2 cache, 2.20GHz, 2000MHz System Bus) Operating System : Vista Home premium and Ubuntu 10.4 (upgraded from) Genuine Microsoft® Windows® XP Media Center Edition 2005 Chipset : RS480 chipset Memory : 2048MB DDR (4 × 512MB) (upgraded from) 1024MB DDR (2 × 512MB) Expandable to 4GB Hard Drive : 1 200GB HDD partitioned into 3, dual booting vista (40GB) and ubuntu (50GB) 110GB availible for OSX Optical Drive : DVD±RW 16x Multi Format Double Layer Media Reader : 8-in-1 digital media manager (Secure Digital™ (SD), Smart Media, Compact Flash, Micro Drive, Memory Stick®, Memory Stick PRO, Multimedia Card, USB 2.0) Video : ATI Radeon™® Xpress 200 (PCI-Express®®) 128MB DDR shared video memory TV Tuner : ATI Theater 550 Pro (FM antenna included) Sound : AC '97 audio, Dolby 5.1 (6-channel) Network : 10/100Mbps integrated Ethernet LAN Modem : 56K ITU v.92-ready Fax/Modem Peripherals : Premium multimedia keyboard, 2-button wheel mouse, amplified stereo speakers, remote control Ports/Other : 7 USB 2.0 ports (2 in front, 4 in back, 1 in Media Reader), 2 IEEE 1394, 1 VGA External Connector, 1 Parallel, 2 PS/2 I don't need to dual boot vista OS X Leopard (i could wipe it all) but it would be nice to have both. Thank's Cooper ii have this same exact system but let me be honest... your better off with leopard than any other distro... check my profile page to help you out, my system is up and running completely on leopard...
