Aspergius Posted June 28, 2010 Share Posted June 28, 2010 Hi guys. Im new ti this osx86. So bare with me. i know i suck,.... and im a NOOB! So..... anyways, i installed Toh RC2 Osx86. I got the sound wot work and the graphics card. But i still need to put the dvd in the drive to get to my OS. so i installed Chameleon rc2 in the hope that i will be able to BOOT without any dvd. didnt really work like i planned. I think i always get a Kernel Panic and it says that i have to restart my computer by pressing the power button. so theres no way of getting into Leopard. Can anyone PLEASE help me and tell me what to do!!!?? I just want the damn thing to boot without having to put the damn dvd inside my drive. What do i need to do and whats the easiest way of achieving it? and one more little thing. Im on a laptop Fujitsu Siemens Amili Pi 1556 with Intel Core 2 Duo. When i go to ''About this Mac'' and i look on Processsor: it says Intel core 2 SOLO (what with that) why doesnt it say ''DUO'' and under my Mac OSX version it only says 10.5 (it doesnt show me the whole version number) Ill be very thankful if someone can help me.
