Intel DQ45CB shutdown / sleep help

I intalled sl 10.6.2 hazard edition, fixed usb and installed ethernet and audio drivers correctly.

i got everything working on 64bit except for shutdown and sleep.

 

If i put it to shutdown or stop mode, it simply reboots.

 

No way to shut it down by software so.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

i have NVIDIA 9800Gt512mb and a quad core dueo 9550.
