MSI MS-1651 Drivers

I got tired of needing to reimage my windows install after downloading a torrent or watching streaming shows, so I decided to try MacOS. I bought a hard drive from eBay (Which coincidentally had 10.6 already freshly installed) and as soon as I ran #####, it let me run it just fine. So, installing skipped, I moved on to #####, hoping it would hook up my drivers like the instructions seemed to indicate.

It didn't, though it did make my hard drive independently bootable.

Anyway, I have an MSI, MS-1651 barebone that I built up. The only thing that didn't come on it that isn't recognized though is the WifiLink 5300 AGN wireless card which after a lot of reading, I have determined has no driver, and at the rate things are going, probably never will. I accept that, and acknowledge that I need to acquire a new wireless card.

However, I still have the following items that are not recognized and I haven't found anything guaranteed to work so far for them:

webcam

bluetooth

card reader

realtek audio

That's all I can remember at the moment, but I may be forgetting something.

I'm new to this hackintosh business, and I've almost never used MacOS, but I learn quickly and have good problem solving skills, but help is always good.

So, if anybody has advice, or better yet, specific help or knowledge they can give, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
