My iMac was running really slow, I suspected that I had been hacked; so I installed Norton and blocked this app. Now my speed is back to normal. Is this App spyware of some sort? Thank you!!!! Leader86 Posted June 26, 2010 Share Posted June 26, 2010 It seems that PubSubAgent.app take 100% of cpu when corrupted Safari's cookies are present. Deleting cookies from Safari don't work, you have to quit Safari and then manually remove ~/Library/Cookies/Cookies.plist BTW PubSubAgent is not any sort of spyware or virus.
