montassis
Hey guys, Previously I had 10.5.4 installed and it immediately recognised my 9600M GT, however Snow Leopard (10.6.3 retail) does not and I am stuck with 1024 x 768 display and 32mb of graphics memory. I tried making my own EFI but I couldn't find any information on doing that for a laptop display Can anyone tell me how to get this working? Specs: HP dv5-1138tx Core 2 Duo 9600M GT 4gig Ram etc. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/222672-9600m-gt-not-recognised-by-snow-leopard/ Share on other sites
JBraddock
If you are using Chameleon RC 4 or another patched version of Chameleon, just try to add the following code to your Boot.plist under Extra folder. <key>GraphicsEnabler</key> <string>Yes</string> Do not use any other injector. Leave it as it is. It should be ok.
