Sai.Raghu.31 Posted June 24, 2010 Share Posted June 24, 2010 Hello Everyone, After trying many different flavours of Mac for my Dell Inspiron 530, all of which were failures, I came across many guides for Dell Inspirons that stated that they succeeded in the installation process by using iATKOS 5i. So I tried using that today but during the installation, after a couple minutes into the install, the installation failed and gave an error which was, "The installer could not validate the contents of the 10.5.5. Intel Package". I looked up the causes of this problem and many people said that it might it the way I burnt the file or I downloaded the wrong file. Is this true? And if it is, could anyone of you kindly provide a torrent link or direct links to where I might be able to find a version of iATKOS 5i. A version that isn't tampered with and has a great chance of working. Thank you very much! My Computer Specs: Quad Core Q6600 Processor 3 GB Ram ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 500 GB Harddrive And everything else is default. Thanks again. Sai.Raghu.31 Posted June 25, 2010 Author Share Posted June 25, 2010 well I dont want to use the v7 because I tried that already and it failed by giving me a black screen. and the iDeneb I feel like there isnt a point to it. because the iATKOS 5i seems so promising according to all of the other Dell Inspiron 530 users who have succeeded with it. so if anyone can give a good, non tampered, link to the iATKOS 5i ISO, that would be really helpful.
