Hi All,

I haven't posted for a while but I could really do with some help. It's taken me 3 hard days getting Snow Leopard onto my Hackintosh and upgraded from 10.5.6 - mainly due to a faulty USB memory stick - ouch!!

Anyway, I've downloaded the GA-EP35-DS4 DSDT.aml file from EFIX users

http://efixusers.com/showthread.php?t=38

I'm using latest version of Chameleon (v2.0 RC4 r684)

At the moment, I'm still booting off the USB Memory Stick for Chameleon with these files in the Extensions folder

fakesmc.kext, legacyHDA.kext, NullCPUPowerManagement.kext, OpenHaltRestart.kext, PlatfordUUID.kext

It boots in Snow Leopard v10.6.4 well but I have no sound. In the Sound, Output field it says - No Output devices found

Now the question I have is:

- is there any easy fix to this (I haven't found one by the way)

- do I need to do some patching on the DSDT.aml file to make it work

- do I need to edit the com.apple.Boot.plist file - perhaps using EFIStudio like I did in 10.5.8?

I just need some direction and I'm not sure where to look.

Thanks.
