daksh_jay Posted June 21, 2010 Share Posted June 21, 2010 iv installed sl 10.6.3 by hazard. voodoohda enabled (not sure of person who compiled it or its version). the problem is that the sound slider on the top bar doesnt work. and only the mute key on the keyboard works for mute and unmute. really irritating if not a big problem. hope someone can link me to a fix or a driver. Can you try changing the volume from System Controls -> Sound? yup i have volume up,down and mute keys on my keyboard..n yea it changes frm the sound prefpane..bt its cumbersome if i hvto go to sys prefs every time i want to change the sound...so u have any links to an updated voodoohda? or driver for ALC662 which works? coz the ALC662 driver on the hazard install disk doesnt work a bit..
