Installing iaktos s3 on g31m-es2l

Hello,

I am fixing to have my first go at hackintosh. I have a C2D E5200, Gigabyte G31M-Es2L, and Nvidia 7600GT. I was wondering what options and /kexts do I need to select during installation? Also do I need to type any sduo -v commands before I enter setup? Also, are there any commands that I need to enter directly after setup before booting into the OS?

Thanks
