pustulka
add your computer info and tell us what did you selected during the installing mac os x I got the Hackintosh from a friend; 10.5.5 and everything was A-OK until two days ago. I put in a real mac disc, snow leopard and a flash drive...I wanted to copy the disc to the flash drive. I did NOT want to try to copy the mac 10.6 disc to my hackintosh since my friend told me when I bought the mac machine, never, never update....I just wanted to put the disc on the flash drive...but it did not work... and later when I started up my mac machine, I get the usual stuff but at the very end, it says Partition 1 and Partition 2.........0 After the usual start up, I should get the prompt to enter my password but I do not get that now, I just get the white screen with some Darwin, etc, etc, etc, and icons of my two hard disks....I select one of the two hard disks, click enter and get nothing (no kernels??) I need to get the stuff from the hard disk pronto for my job!
