Click link open tab safari

Hi,

 

whit safari 4 i was used to get all of new link in a new tab in the same window by this tip:

defaults write com.apple.Safari TargetedClicksCreateTabs -bool true

 

now using safari 5 i cant do this, some links are still opening up in the same tab or in a new window

 

how can I fix it?

 

I found out two different links on Facebook to try understanding the reasons.
