beck92
Hi there, i'm currently trying to install os x on my acer timeline 4810tzg. Using empire efi and the retail snow leopard disc i managed to install os x on my external harddrive. i got to the part where it asked me to restart the pc. What happends next is: i boot empire efi, select to boot from the external harddrive but all that happends is a few lines of texts appear and after maybe 20 seconds dissapear again and there i am left with the darth vader background.... any ideas what might be the problem? pc specs Intel® Pentium® processor SU4100 (2 MB L2 cache, 1.30 GHz, 800 MHz FSB, 10 W), supporting Intel® 64 architecture 4 gig Dual-channel DDR3 SDRAM ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4330 Mobile Intel® GS45 Express Chipset Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/221467-no-boot-after-installation/ Share on other sites
