faraz.yashar
I've tried everything. I have manually update to 10.5.8 and used the iDeneb Combo Update. For whatever reason when jumping from 10.5.x to 10.5.8 (yes, that includes 10.5.7 to 8) my secondary hard disk gets irreparably jacked up from the perspective of my OS X installation. Here's an example of some of the nonesense: I've change the OS X partition to disk0, I've used the secondary disk as a time machine drive and then made the update. In EVERY circumstance this happens. My 150 GB drive turns into a 130 GB drive, sometimes with no partition, sometimes with a larger partition that the displayed disk size. Is there some way to manually fix this or is there anyway to add a second internal disk after installation of 10.5.8? faraz.yashar
I just tried switching the drives so that now OS X is installed on the 150 GB drive. This time nothing starts up. I get an Apple with a circle and a cross through it on loading. Any ideas at all or will this be my umpteenth topic that goes unanswered?
