Empirates Posted June 13, 2010 Share Posted June 13, 2010 Hi guys, I'm trying to get switched over to OS X on my laptop for my business and I wanted to see if anyone has installed a certain distro on their Studio 15 with success or if they knew what I could do to get it installed. I'm currently running Win 7 x64 which is the original OS installed. My computer is a Dell Studio 15, 4 GB Ram, Intel T6600, 500 GB HD, Intel Wifi, Intel 4500 graphics. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can almost guarantee a computer with those specs. will be able to install OS X. However, I would't do it for a work computer as they can be unstable. Also, if you are running Win. 7 you might as well stick to it, it's not so bad. If you insist on using OS X, just download one of the installers (usually around 2-3GB) and run them. I personally used iATKOS v7 and I personally love it.
