MaLd0n
Well I just did a fresh install on my pc, and then did what you've been telling me for my laptop, it worked straight away and I'm writing this from the Mac OS on my pc. Now I've tried editing the boot.plist but it can't save, and I still can't get the kexts of the disk as the background is just orange. What do you recommend I do next? And I can't install the video drivers for my laptop if you believe that's the problem as again, I can't access the disk. But thank you for getting me this far. copy the boot.plist to the desktop to be able to edit...and then replace it with the existing orange icons use IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector.kext Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/221054-kernel-panic-and-transfer-old-files-boot-loop/page/3/#findComment-1489500 Share on other sites
Jordan94jb
"orange icons use IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector.kext"? There are no icons, it's just an orange background and thanks I'll do that now.
