Same problem for me, until 3.2ghz on my conf the vanilla ss is perfect, over ONLY DISABLER, voodoopowermini C1E is alsways disable in oc for me, q6600 and c1e aren't "great friends" on hackintosh. hey , the problem that you have mentioned (panic and panic and panic over a 'some' frequency, as happens to me) can't be resolve. I think. Why? Because i tried for night and night and night and night and night etc,etc,etc, and nothing, over 3,2 with ss vanilla nothing, overvolt, nor overvolt, nothing ....
