Cheap hackintosh build (sortof first time)

So I figured I'll have some spare time after my exams to mess around with a hackintosh. I don't have much money to spend and had an idea of a basic setup:

 

Gigabyte G41M-ES2L

Intel E6300

PNY Nvidia GEforce 8400 GS

 

I want to install snow leopard on it using the kakewalk method. Basically just wanted to ask you guys if those components would work well with kakewalk, whether its definately gonna work?

Also in terms of power, I know it's an incredibly cheap set up but will it be able to run most of the applications (i will probably try to overclock the cpu)
