How u doin people?

I need some help, my OSX installation Was completed succesfully, but the System won't boot up.

My Computer is a Gateway GT3010M

Intel D915GVSE3 Mobo

Pentium 4 at 3.06Ghz MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, EM64T

768 MB DDR2 RAM 533Mhz

Intel Graphics (don't like it to much)

Marvel Yukon PCI-E Fast E Network card

Intel Chipset (a recent one)

ST3160023AS SATA HD 160Gb (As primary Disk drive Running Windows)

ST340015A ATA HD 40Gb (As secondary Drive to Run OSX)

Lite-On DVDRW SOHW-1633S DL drive

The Partition Was made with the Disk utility inside the installer, a 18 Gb Partition in the ATA Drive, partitioned Ok, installed Ok, but the installer doesn't placed a copy of Chain0 (I don't know if it has to be done manually).

I've just copied the file to C: (SATA Winboot drive), modified \boot.ini, but when I tried to boot OSX, it keeps trying to load, Gets to the Gray screen and a little Icon appears over the Apple, the sign is something like the "GhostBusters" insignia without the Ghost.

What can I do to have it working?

I had this problem too, but it turned out that when I installed it I had forgotten to select the intel and AMD patches from the customize install area. If thats not what you did then I can't help ya, just throwing my 2 cents in.

Im Using a Jas installation disc, 10.4.6 Install dvd with Patches, when I choose Customize it Pops up and a Intel/AMD/SSE3 Patches option is available

I´ll reinstall and see what happens...

I've just Reinstalled with the Patchs for Intel/Amd/SSE3 and it gives me a Kernel Panic, what am I doing grong?

Is there a way to patch the kernel using the installer?
