Hey,

I almost have my Sony Vaio CR31 running in 64bits mode 10.6.2

The only thing holding it back is the RadeonHD.kext ( which enables 1280x800 resolution and gets rid of all artifacts )

So this kext is really unmissable. For Quartz Extreme i use ATIRadeonX1000.kext where i have put in my graphics card's dev id's.

When i try to boot in 64-Bit, my laptop just hangs at the very end of the boot.. and when i remove the RadeonHD.kext ( to test ), it boots up just fine..

Is it possible for anyone to make this kext 64-bits compatible ?

Best Regards,

Mounir
