Sanjan Posted July 14, 2006 Share Posted July 14, 2006 OK so when i try to boot from the cd to install osx86 project i get this error panic(cou 0 caller 0x00399CA3) : Unable to find driver for this platform: ACPI then i'm told to reboot im using jas 10.4.6 my system is an amd i was told that has something to do with it is there a work around? BMC6053 Posted July 31, 2006 Share Posted July 31, 2006 That has no effect - at least for me. The kext is there -buT my my comp is apprently a non-acpi compilent lol. It almost appears that the platform=X86PC (TESTPC etc etc) dont do anything anymore.
