Snow Leopard on my AMD pc (help)

Is there anyone who will help me to install snow leopard on my amd pc - this is my pc:

CPU: AM2+,AMD Phenom X4 Quad-Core 9650 2.20GHz/4MB BOX 64Bit

MoBo: ASUS M3A, AM2+/AM2, AMD 770/SB600

RAM: 2x 2 GB DDR2 800mhz

VGA: ATI Radeon 3850 HD PciExpress

MON: LG 23"

HDD: 750 GB SATA and 120 ATA

OPT: Pionir DVD/RW

SND: Realtek Sound/MS 3.1

LAN: Atheros L1 Gigabit Ethernet 101001000 Base-T Controller

 

is there any distro that i can install? i tryed hazzard but it wont work, when i try to boot dvd (immediately my pc restart)
