maflynn Posted May 17, 2010 Share Posted May 17, 2010 sorry for the noobish question but I'm pulling together a hackintosh build and I've come across people going with gigabyte motherboards and then those with asus. I'm building out a i7-930 system and my goal is to maximize compatibility. I've been leaning towards the Asus P6X58D at newegg for 240. Seems like decent performer good reviews and such. Conversely I see a fairly consistent set of reviews for the gigabyte MBs that people complain about the quality of the MB, which has me going with Asus.
