shoarthing
If there is no BIOS solution, you need a booter [such as this branch of Chameleon RC5] incorporating the "USBLegacyOff" patch, enabled via com.apple.Boot.plist Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/217886-usb-issue/#findComment-1465043 Share on other sites
rzepaczyk
so I must replace my existing chameleon with chameleon rc5 and boot it with USBLegacyOff option? Are any HOW To's on that forum where I can find out how to change it? shoarthing
. . . 'must' not a word I'd use: but the 'Anv' RC5 pre7 booter based on the AsereBLN branch, would probably work. This booter with this patch - from Signal64 - works here for a motherboard with similar handoff issues.
