Problem with Abit IP35-Pro Install

I followed ricola's guide for SL insall on Abit IP35-Pro

I got to the step where SL is installed, but when i try to install BSD in Safe mode in SL i get a KP

 

I did notice when i type

 

open /Volumes/Mac\ OS\ X\ Install\ DVD/System/Installation/Packages/OSInstall.mpkg

 

in Terminal to open the Snow install i get

 

"_CFGetHostUUIDString: Unable to determine UUID for host. Error: 35"

 

Any help appreciated
