2kool2betrue Posted May 5, 2010 Share Posted May 5, 2010 Hey guys, I'm kind of new to this whole thing but i currently have a mac book pro and i love the mac os. I wanted to install it on my Studio 540 but i'm having a difficult time. i been trying different methods for 4 days now and i'm going no where. I'm good with computers on the windows side. but on the mac side gotta leave it to the experts(you guys). So can someone please point me in some kind of direction? SPECS: Processor: Intel® Core2 Duo CPU E7400 @ 2.80GHz Mother Board: Dell inc-0M017G Chip set: Intel P45/P43 Video Card: Nvidia 9800GT 512mb ram RAM: 5gb DDR2-RAM Ethernet: Realtek RTL8168C(P)/8111C(P) Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC Ways i tried: IATKOSv7 I PC OSx86 10 5 6 Universal PPF5 Final i been messing with the configuration for sometimes now but i keep getting suck on the panic on some ACPI error. Is there any other way to install? i currently have a retail disk that came with my macbook pro. Can anyone please give me some insight whether on the configuration or another way to install? i heard there are boot loaders what are those?
