bahbel
Hi guys! I've already Installed Retail Leopard on my system using the boot 132 method. Now I wanted to install it in my Laptop: an HP DV6-1120EP. I tried the same method as I did with my rig: Install iDeneb so I could restore the retail Image on another partition and then install the retail by booting from the said partition. Problem is I can't even boot into iDeneb to restore the dmg. I think the problem lies in the laptop's BIOS. The BIOS is very restrictive, no advanced options and therefore I can't change the storage from IDE to AHCI, which I suspect to be the problem at hand. As anyone ever installed it on such a laptop? Or does anyone knows where can I get a decent BIOS for it? Thanks in advance!
