thatcrazylaxdude
noob question here. Is there a way to backup the drive that I installed OSX onto? I believe I can do it from the disk utility on the install dvd, but it takes sooooooooooooooo long to load. that, and if i make the image from the install dvd, can i store it on my ntfs partition? or does the install not like ntfs. I have the .3, .4, and .6 install discs that i can use.
Rammjet
MacOSX can read NTFS but has almost no ability to write to NTFS. There are lots of threads on the subject.
