nestawasright
I have a working triple boot in this order: Linux, OSX and XP. I'm having issues with sleep IBM R60. I installed a 'fix' that now freezes the machine at the desktop. So I need to boot into safe mode, or command line and fix this. The problem is I don't get that option because I'm using Grub, that's what I think anyway. Got ideas, please say. There's no support on this online. F8 does not work. ssdcommander
Why not just reinstall it? Or boot Into Linux and remove it? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/215502-a-unique-triple-boot-issue/#findComment-1448364 Share on other sites
nestawasright
Why not just reinstall it? Or boot Into Linux and remove it? ssdcommander
Boot from the cd, but when it says to press any key to boot from the cd, don't,then you should get the option to boot intomac osx and the option to boot into safe mode Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/215502-a-unique-triple-boot-issue/#findComment-1450731 Share on other sites
nestawasright
Boot from the cd, but when it says to press any key to boot from the cd, don't,then you should get the option to boot intomac osx and the option to boot into safe mode This is a promising solution. It will require mastery of the command line, but there's no way out of that. Thanks a lot.
