jimbobuk
I was following some instructions on here http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=181903 which told me to use the PCI EFI app, however the pack itself came with PC EFI.pkg.. I stupidly thought the package would install the app for me, even though i've ran it before, its been a while. Anyways i let it install on my default snow leopard bootdisk of my genuine Macbook Pro. I'm a little worried this could have caused problems. I've rebooted and it boots fine, i didn't see any difference, the apple logo was there. But in the background is something else going on, something that may cause me problems when some updates are released? If anyone could put my mind at ease or tell me how i can undo any changes it may have done it'd be massively appreciated.
