steenamaroo
hi all, i'm looking for a powermac g5 psu to use for testing an old reclaimed powermac. i intend to sell the processors and logic board but only if they're working. it's a 2003 model dual processor mac and the psu has cononectors with 8,16 and 24 pins... if possible i'd even pay a small amount(and postage) for the loan of a psu, cos i don't want to pay full price literally just to test some components..... thanks in advance all. BlackCH
Well; I used the enclosure for a mod but I still have the 'guts' of it and Im pretty sure is working. I tested all the outputs with a polymeter and they are OK. its a AC-Bell 450w PSU model 661-2903 API2PC54. I think is good for the following models: Power Mac G5 (June 2004), Power Mac G5, Power Mac G5 (Late 2004), Power Mac G5, Power Mac G5 (Early 2005), Power Mac G5 (June 2004), Power Mac G5 (Late 2004). PM me if you are interested. Cheerz Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/214866-powermac-g5-psu-wanted/#findComment-1443488 Share on other sites
