Pretty much any of the P55 series from Gigabyte. Installing OSX on those is like a walk in the park. I have the P55-UD4P from Gigabyte and the installation was so easy I thought I was missing something.

I booted the computer up with #####, then placed the OSX disc into the computer, install snow leopard, downloaded the 10.6.3 combo package from Tony OSX86's website, then downloaded and installed ##### where I selected the Gigabyte P55 package for my motherboard and then the disk utilities and PRESTO! I was up and running in 40 minutes :)
