Im sure this has been asked before and i appologize, but im in a hurry gonna head to microcenter in a few minutes

 

I have a GTX 260 and an C2D E8500 CPU

 

if i buy a compatible MB such as GA-P35-DS3L

 

Can i use the rebelefi wiki compatitbility list or is there a better list somewhere on what motherboard to purchase

 

can i install retail SL and get solid performance? Will it be full performance?

 

I assume id need to use Chameleon as a Bootloader?

First, you kinda started on the wrong foot asking those questions, in special the one with rebelefi, people here pretty much don't like psystar, since they "stolen" so much from the guys helping all to get their piece of apple on the pc, and give so little back (a kext, but now even that is not needed anymore). So if you want a mac os x that runs flawlessly: buy a mac! If you want a "flawless" answer for what mobo to buy, then i guess you'll not be having one, since here everyone is welcome with their piece of hardware and if there is someone that can help them then eventually they will.

-gigabyte mobos are the most "loved" by people who want a hackintosh (very compatibles with the os)

 

-rebelefi is pretty much chameleon
