charlesterror
It is quite simple to achieve dual booting with linux and mac. You simply install snow leopard first, make a partition scheme that takes, let's say, 80 gb. And you leave that other free space unformatted. After mac installation, you use chameleon rc4 and then you boot with a live cd of, let's say ubuntu? You simply install linux into that partition that was unformatted, but you need to be carefull where you install GRUB. Prefarabbly don't install it. It is best to not install it, because you will have to boot with a chameleon 321 boot disc, and boot from your mac partition. Reinstall chameleon and voila! You now have a dual partition mac/linux Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/213734-compilation-dell-inspiron-1545-guidesdriversetc/#findComment-1446262 Share on other sites
