hp compag nc6000 questions?

I just downloaded and installed the 10.4.6 Jas release and it installed fine, however, can someone tell me exactly what they did to get all the parts working (specifically, video, wireless, wired, and SD)...I read in the wiki the laptop is almost 100% OSx86 compatible...also, the screen has refresh problems (items stay on the screen too long) and the ati 9600 drivers bundled with the Jas cd made the screen go black after gray apple boot up screen, so i didnt use them the second time and the screen is far from perfect. As for wireless, I have tried copying the IO80211Family.kext from 10.4.5 update....but wireless to no avail is still dead...

U and i have the same noteb00k pc (hp compaq nc6000) and i gonna tell u what is working and what is not working for me:

 

Keyboard works.

Synaptics Touchpad and the other one (that one, yeah xD) works perfectly.

ATi Mobility Radeon 9600 (32mb) works with QE CI & OpenGL AND TEARING =P (wich "solves" with MouseLocator)

Broadcom NetXtreme Ethernet works perfectly

W500 HP WiFi works as AirPort

AC97 SoundMax works perfect, but when u put earphones the system speakers dont shutup.

Volume Buttons and Mute Button Works perfectly.

mmmm... that works =P

 

IR doesnt work

PCMCIA doesnt work

the others three buttons alongside of power button doesnt work

 

 

I`m running OS X 10.4.4 cuz is the fastest version... 10.4.6 and 10.4.7 slow down the boot process and f*** up rossetta appz....

there should be a bundle pack for the nc6000 running 10.4.6 "which im running" comming out soon with adds to come with all the drivers to fix the issues listed above. we still have no resolution for the PCMCIA or IR but ill be sure to edit this post when f3l1x gets everything together.
