rocky_raccoon Posted July 6, 2006 Share Posted July 6, 2006 I just downloaded and installed the 10.4.6 Jas release and it installed fine, however, can someone tell me exactly what they did to get all the parts working (specifically, video, wireless, wired, and SD)...I read in the wiki the laptop is almost 100% OSx86 compatible...also, the screen has refresh problems (items stay on the screen too long) and the ati 9600 drivers bundled with the Jas cd made the screen go black after gray apple boot up screen, so i didnt use them the second time and the screen is far from perfect. As for wireless, I have tried copying the IO80211Family.kext from 10.4.5 update....but wireless to no avail is still dead...
