Nauscar Posted March 19, 2010 Share Posted March 19, 2010 I recently installed voodoohda.kext using kext helper b7 and it works flawlessly with my Realtek ALC888s! The only problem is that after I reboot there is no more sound In the audio preferences the Output and Input options are still there and I have Line-out (Green Rear) selected. I also have tried reinstalling voodoohda.kext, and repairing permissions with disk utility and kext utility several times but still no luck.. It's kind of cruel to have finally achieved audio in Mac OS X just to have it quickly taken away. If anyone has any suggestions or knowledge of any conflicting kexts that may be causing the problem please comment! Please Help! (I am rather desperate) Nauscar.
