Chdidi
Hi everybody ! I'm currently runing on a perfect Leopard and everything works great but I wanted to try Snow Leopard. So I started searching install guides for SnowLeo Retail and found good ones but they were all talking about "dsdt.aml". I found that It was something like a map of your mobo and that it was the most important part of the SnowLeo install. But as my mobo is recent I can't find any good dsdt and extras for a chameleon install. I don't know where to search, I would create my own ones to make everything working better. Here are my specs: GA-EG41MF-US2H Intel Core 2 Duo E7600 3,06GHz Memory: 4GB 800MHz DDR2 SDRAM Graphics: nVidia 9600 GSO 384MO Audio: ALC888 Intel ICH7 Ethernet: Realtek RTL8111C If you need something more, just ask it ! Before all thanks and cheers from France !

motomorini
No idea ? I used the Empire EFI boot disk to install, then Tonymacx86's ##### found here: http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/ His site is a good source not only for P55 boards. I have the G41 ES2H board and it worked well for me with the SL retail install disk. I still haven't finished setting it up- as sleep doesn't work- but it's been really easy so far. good luck -

MDA01
xcvbdsgfsdfgsdfg Hi this board is fully(excl. onboard vga ) working!!! my configurations: Gigabyte GA-EG41MF-US2H install method: Snow Leopard 10.6.1-10.6.2 Intel AMD made by Hazard (10.6.2 SSE2/SSE3 Intel AMD (10C540)) options: - VoodooHDA - NvENABLER - Chameleon RC4 - ElliotForceLegacyRTC - OpenHaltRestart fully working without extra patch # BIOS version:F4. # PCB revision: 1.0. # Audio: Realtek ALC888 WORKING!! Now im getting the error after startup, grey screen telling me to reboot. Could 'OpenHaltRestart' really be the answer to this? Im using the same motherboard as you, and the settings described. Im downloading the snow leo from hazard them selves trought torrent right now, tried rapidshare but part05 is dead. I'll let you know if it works with OpenHaltRestart. If not i wasted 2 dvd's
