bori4 Posted March 14, 2010 Share Posted March 14, 2010 Hi guys, i tried to install snow LEO after succesfull instalation of iDeneb10.5.5 on my Intel, but my hardware unfortenaly does not support Snowy. The i try to come back to my iDeneb through the new installation, but during the installation in FIX section i put "selection" on to ""FireWire remove" - i did no what does it mean....but know i tried to connect my Audio Card to my PCI firewire card on chipset VIA VT6307, but it does not recognized (, anybody has any suggestion? How to enable or smth. else my FireWire interface. Thank you! Beerkex'd Posted March 14, 2010 Share Posted March 14, 2010 Use Pacifist (google it) to extract and install the Firewire kernel extensions from your install DVD. Read the manual to learn how. Not sure if that VIA chipset is supported at all though. Try googling it first and see if others have it working. And i did not install any additional drivers for both, thems all supported by the system as default.
